Make your signature photo small enough for exam forms (usually 10–20 KB) – free, no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded.
How to resize a signature for a form
- Keep Photo selected and tap Choose photos (or Camera).
- The size is already set to 20 KB – change it if your form asks for another size.
- Tap Compress.
- Check the new size, then Download the JPG.
Questions
Is the photo uploaded?
No. The photo is made smaller inside your browser on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to a server – important for ID photos and certificates.
What if it cannot reach 20 KB?
The tool first lowers the quality, then the pixel size. If a very large photo still cannot reach the size, it tells you and gives the smallest result. Choose "Small 800" under Resize and try again.
How should I photograph my signature?
Sign with a black pen on plain white paper, take the photo in good light from straight above, and crop it close to the signature before compressing.
My form says 10–20 KB. Which size should I choose?
Keep 20 KB. If the result is far below 10 KB, choose Custom and type 18.
